The sea power generation will take root in Japan?

　Now,the scale of the sea power generation currently performed in Japan is very small.It still not yet to use into.Iwate prefecture only permitted to experiment.

 Why does not the sea power generation take root in Japan?

 By comparison to England which is leading the sea power generation.At that country the goverment support engineer and researcher powerfully.

 On the other hand in Japan,the natural energy which include the sea power generation has only used 4% in all of energy.

 Do not you think the most biggest reason that the sea power generation does not take root in Japan is the country will not help the developers if you watch England.

 However, I think a country will shift to natural power sources gradually in the future. 

海洋発電は日本に根付くか否か～改訂版～（299文字）

　現在、日本で行われている海洋発電は非常に規模の小さいものである。未だに実用化には至っておらず、日本では唯一岩手県のみが海洋発電の為の実験に許可を出しただけである。

　なぜ日本では海洋発電が根付かないのか？

　その原因を海洋発電先進国イギリスと比べるとイギリスが海洋発電に対する資金援助や便宜などを国が行なっているのだ。

　また日本の自然エネルギー利用は４％しかなされておらず、自然エネルギーの開発に力を入れていないか分かるだろう。

　以上を鑑みると国が開発者達を援助していないのが、日本で海洋発電が根付かない一番の原因ではないだろうか。しかし私は将来、国が段階的に自然エネルギーにシフトしていくのではないかと思う。

本論　イギリスと日本の比較。イギリスで根付きかけている最大の要因を日本に足りないものと照らし合わせる。

結論　世論の反原発論を受けて、段階的に海洋エネルギー及び自然エネルギーによる発電が活発化する。
